“Help my hearing aid isn’t connected to my phone!”

From time to time our patients at our Cleveland hearing aid center and other branches, come to us with this concern. From bluetooth disruptions, phone updates, to just plain old technology glitches – it is very common for hearing aids and their respective phones to become unpaired. That is why I will walk you through the pairing process step by step!

The made for iPhone hearing aids are not only sleek and sophisticated, they also stream your phone calls, music, and apps directly from your phone. Phone calls are no longer a hassle! Just answer, and the conversation automatically goes in both ears. A total game-changer.

Your phone also acts like a remote when it’s paired and can control the volume of your hearing aids, the volume of a tinnitus masker, as well as help you find them if they are misplaced. Let’s get to it!

Settings – General – Software Update – Download and Install

Step 2: Make sure the most current TruLink app is downloaded.
